The R.A.R.E Tribute to Champions of Hope™ exists to recognize people and organizations that have gone above and beyond, innovating and thinking outside the box, to champion for the millions of children and families affected by rare diseases.
Be prepared for an inspirational night of courage and compassion. Awards and recognition will be given to a variety of rare disease stakeholders including: individuals, patients, patient advocacy organizations, physicians, researchers, research institutions, biotechs, pharma, policy makers, and corporate consumer brands.
Awards recipients will be nominated by the rare disease community. This night will provide a unique opportunity to engage those that are working with rare disease champions everyday! Special marketing and social media efforts will begin in early 2012, encouraging nominations for a variety of awards.
